The Divine Light in Me Honors the Divine Light in You….

So goes the general definition of Namaste.  We end each yoga session with recognizing the beautiful spirit that resides within each being in the universe, and so this blog hopes to do the same through a variety of media.  You will find thoughts, reflections, poetry, music and art on these pages that chronicle my journey, and hopefully provide encouragement for yours.  Thank you for visiting my blog, and as my yogi sings:
